Our Team has developed the first ultra-long-acting pill that lasts a week or longer and can provide a wide range of medicines in a familiar oral capsule form. Once inside the stomach, the capsule delivers steady amounts of medicine for seven days or more. Our once-weekly product has safely demonstrated gastric residence with predictable pharmacokinetics in humans. 2015 - Company Founded by Amy Schulman, Bob Langer, Andrew Bellinger, and Gio Traverso.
2017 - Raised $23.5M in Series A led by Polaris Partners, including Quark, Partners Innovation, and Yonghou Capital.
2017 - Announced $105M collaboration with Allergan for the development of Alzheimer's Disease products .
2017 - Moved Headquarters in Watertown, MA.
2018 - Phase 1 Clinical Trials with lead programs in Schizophrenia and Alzheimer's Disease.
