Clinical Assistance Programs (CAP) is a full service boutique Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Framingham, MA and founded in 1999. In many ways, CAP’s successful business model evolved from the realization that the conventional method of CRO study management is rigid, bureaucratic, and fails to align incentives between the service provider and the sponsor. As a small, owner-managed company, our size enables and encourages regular communication with management, short decision paths, and a strong sense of personal accountability in everything we do.
CAP’s commitment to eliminating barriers to study success aligns its interests with its sponsor clients both in terms of efficiency and urgency. For this reason, CAP is regarded as an extension of its sponsor, and in many ways CAP’s site relations have a similar feel.
