General Summary:

The Head of Quality (Outsourcing) is responsible for the oversight of the Quality team and assuring Outsourcing's adherence to quality standards for all contracts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages and oversees the Quality (Outsourcing) team

Mentors Quality team and Outsourcing managers on department processes and contract knowledge

Leads the development of process documentation, including job aids, SOPs, and work instructions

Directs the review of contracts created by U.S. and international Outsourcing staff, including content, logic, budget, formatting and associated VCT entries.

Provides oversight of Outsourcing files

Builds cross-functional relationships and ensure global Outsourcing processes and requirements are understood and followed within the functional teams

Supports inspection readiness activities within Outsourcing

Leads/oversees all vendor CDA negotiations

Serves on related working groups and committees as necessary

Assists with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as necessary

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple timelines and perform under strict timelines

Experience in managing a remote and contract team

Strong communication, written and oral presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to work across functions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

8-10+ years of experience with a key focus on contracting and operation

Pay Range $144,800 - $217,200 USD annually

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
