Enanta Pharmaceuticals is using our robust chemistry-driven approach and drug discovery capabilities to become a leader in the discovery and development of small molecule drugs for viral infections and liver diseases. With R&D efforts focused on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV), Enanta continues to grow as we progress our pipeline.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help drive our Enanta into the future. This is a six-month contract position reporting into the Director, Strategic Talent.


Primary Responsibilities:

As our Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies and processes for business-critical positions and hire top talent for Enanta
  • Be responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and assisting in the hiring of new employees
  • Proactively attract and engage individuals for openings across the organization
  • Leverage external and internal talent data to best inform hiring managers, and guide them to make smart hiring decisions
  • Proactively develop strong partnerships with across the HR teams
  • Conduct in-depth talent phone screens, in-person/Zoom interviews, and facilitate internal team discussions regarding candidates
  • Provide effective recruitment solutions by developing a solid understanding of the business as well as the external talent landscape
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interviewing process


Requirements

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills and knowledge

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience supporting a corporate setting
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience focused on research and/or clinical positions
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job board/resume search agents
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • High standards, delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customer relationship and satisfaction approach
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, social media, and other tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels across a matrixed organization and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence virtually and work with limited supervision
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience conducting behavioral based interviews
